The above polaroid is the only one I've gotten enlarged to hang in my own house, ever. Is that weird?
I bought a fantastic teal couch while thrifting and carried it inside, over the snowbank, all by myself and totally blew my cover. Tim says I can never play the Helpless Girl card again.
I enjoy salads ~ they're useful for conveying croutons to my mouth.
My dogs eat the firewood, chewing on it furtively in odd corners. We use the chips as kindling.
Tim buys me flowers but I buy myself flowers more. And that doesn't bother me.

Wow - how big was this couch?!? I'm picturing some superwoman antics, here.
My interesting tidbit - well - I learned how to tip sheep today. You literally just sit them over on their butt and it makes them somewhat docile. :)
were you ever, or did you ever play the helpless girl card before? lol. i cannot imagine a time.
our cat oliver loves, loves, loves cheese and would sooner bite your finger off before he lets you take any cheese away from him.
my hair is strawberry, but more red then blond and it is beyond me how some people think i am a blond...how so? i say.
my christmas wreaths are still hanging in the house. is that not good? time to take them down already...
i like giving myself flowers and presents too :)
Victoria ~ well it wasn't absolutely gigantic, but it was big enough to give Tim a pause when he got home from work and saw it. That is awesome about the tipping sheep. I love your animal stories! It reminds me of laying rabbits on their backs, how they get all chilled out. Hmmm, maybe it's something to do with grazing animals. (but more likely being low on the food chain.)
Jenna ~ sometimes I explain to Tim how I would really appreciate it if he would, say, carry out the heavy trash can cause he's just stronger, and so it's easier for him. It usually works. But not anymore I think!
I just took down our Christmas wreath two days ago. I do not see how people would call you blond. Hmmm ~ maybe the gold glints in full sun?
Ha! I'm the same when I really WANT to do something I can move the biggest furniture around :)
Some facts about me...
I always have aquariums and once I had piranhas.
I had 10 operations in my life. 2 of them where emergency operations.
I always have to put one hand under running water while I brush my teeth and constantly feel bad about the water waste but just can't change it.
My first real job included to take pictures during operations from the operated area. Very bloody!
I love daddy-long-legs and try to not catch them by the vacuum cleaner.
I love this post and this image. I don't buy myself flowers but I always want to! Peonies and carnations especially.
Little known tid-bit about me, I have the words "sweet tea" tattooed on the inside of my lip! Sometimes I forget it's there and am alarmed at the black stuff on my lip when I brush my teeth.
I wonder if the hand under water and first real job have some connection. I eat ice cream with a fork. Do you hear that, universe???
