July is upon us.
A second cup of honeyed milky decaf earl gray
and a satisfyingly full list of errands to run,
to take me out of the house.
I am charmed by birds collecting prayer threads,
by virtual farewells,
and imperfect yet perfect polaroids.
I cleaned up our 'Spare Oom'
yesterday and sat in much-needed stillness a few times there.

your tea of choice sounds like a dream :) i love earl gray. i often find myself enjoying it iced on these warm summer days.
such lovely things filling your life.
i've been soaking up all the little things. drying flowers and herbs. reading poetry. eating from the garden. and listening to my little nephew find his voice in coos and goos.
I loooove this. Especially the spare oom and milky tea- I think I just might have to make some now. :)
I have been setting up nest and taking long walks in sprinkling rain. Baked blueberry muffins last night.
earl grey and coffee are my daily friends... those feathers are pretty!
Ah the land of spare oom! I like it there. Haven't been for a while. ;)
Actually we are just clearing both of our spare ooms out at the moment. Lots of junk to get rid of and decorating to be done. We have plans for them - one way or another!
