ps: indeed-- the secret to the pillow-topped muffins is filling them up to the rim of the paper cup! sooooo delicious. i savor every bite! i've already got a jar full of beet puree in the freezer for the next go-round :) and i am so happy you snatched up that gone-away book! old books are one of my most favorite things :)
