jill ~ it is so fun to see you here. :) I put sugar water into the feeder: 1 part sugar to three parts boiled water, allow to cool, and that's it! the three or four females that stopped by (or more, really, who can tell?) went through a half cup of nectar in less than a week!
ashley ~ you would love it! and thank you ~ donovan loves to be held in the water. weirdo.
keia ~ seeing a hummingbird is a bit magical. I never ever get used to them. they are lilliputian, and make me feel like a giant. I am so honored they come in to my feeder!
b. ~ good. :) good good good. chocolate, perhaps, as a standby? xo

It looks really peaceful Brooke. I love the video of the hummingbird. I've only ever seen one once (whilst in LA). What do you put in the feeder?
i want to escape into that cabin.
and that first photo is perfect. just perfect.
I always felt that seeing a hummingbird is a magical moment. They almost look like fairies. Your cabin seems so peaceful and healing.
i think i might have just relaxed. but only a little. miracles DO happen.
