Bogggle and crossword puzzles, warm baths, blue candles, asparagus, the snoring cat, balmy sunshine and also gray skies, Cadfael dvd box set in the mail (I splurged), blank studio hours and finally ideas coming, 'banjo' kicking to make me back up when I stand too close to the stove heating soup, sending letters, yoga fireside, tossing old spices, making plans, waiting on news, chilly evening walks, sorting and organizing and clearing, nutella straight from the jar...
It's been a wonderful, mishmash, normal, good week.
How was yours?

My week is ending with the return of my traveling husband. So sweet to see him. Enjoy your studio time and watch out for that stove.
What a perfect week! Mine has been just beautiful and has ended into a weekend to look forward to. Happy weekend to you!
your week sounds lovely, a lot of this and that all rounded out. and nutella! huzzah!
this week has been...hermity? yeah, that's how i would describe it. and busy. hayden is turning 6 (!) this weekend.
during the first 3 months of this pregnancy, i had nutella straight from the jar all the time! its one of the only things that didnt make me feel so sick!
When I was pregant we went on a camping trip and packed nutella to make sandwiches throughout the week. In the car on the way I clawed it out of the bag and ate the whole thing in one four hour drive... and then was very sick :)
Hi, Brooke - sounds like a lovely week! I hadn't heard of Cadfael so I looked it up and it sounds right up my husband's alley - I added it to our Netflix queue. ;)
My week started off with a cold but it didn't hinder enjoying a whole morning at the park with the boys, riding bikes, taking photos, and making homemade mac & cheese with red chard and cauliflower. Yum!

denise :: hope you're enjoying the return of your husband! I always think that absence from each other can really sweeten a relationship. :)
anita :: thank you! I'm hoping your weekend is being everything wonderful. x
brit :: hermity. yes. can you believe on thursday I didn't even go outside? I felt so weird that night, but by then it was so cold...yesterday I went for two walks to make up for it. Hope Hayden's party goes so well. xo
ozetta :: haha! I'm just getting onto it now. I try to keep it down to a heaping spoonful or so at a time. Mmmm...
mama smith :: 'clawed it out of the bag' ~ so perfectly expressed. The things we think are great ideas to eat when we're pregnant! Sometimes I feel like my stomach is a black hole that will never be full.
cortnie :: I love Derek Jacobi in his Cadfael role ~ the books are also very good. Your morning sounded perfect! The weather was so great here as well and I stayed out all day too. xo
